I'm FINALLY catching the slightest glimpse of distant light at the end of the CAAP assembly line tunnel.

Thanks to John Gastman at Roanoke and Chuck Tator of Tator's Dodge (anyone ever hear of these guys ).
Looks like I'm the first in line for the aero package option.

Not necessarily true. I've learned that there are some delays, so I'm not expecting delivery in 12 days, but you can be D1 and have delivery in a week or 2 months like you suggested. There's no rule of thumb anymore.

well, the thing is, the aero group is probably going to hold you up, I think. (any of us that have that option) what color are you getting? any stripes? I hope that you get your car very soon, cant wait to see that aero group on it.

Well if they are starting to build the acr cars next week then it makes sense to start any black or red cars with aero package at the same time

I'm trading in my RT. When all is said and done, Roanoke gave me a very reasonable deal. They're simply taking back the car they sold me 7 years ago.

I don't know how some of you are making estimations of delivery. From the dealers I've spoken with, virtually all of them tell me there's no longer any accurate means to judge Viper production and completing based on the status codes. No question, a trip to Prefix will take some extra time, but Prefix will tell you it takes them 3 days to complete their factory options.

I'm happy to know it's coming. Frankly, it's probably better for CAAP to house the car till May anyway.

I dont think to many ACR or Areo cars are out yet. When looking at the CAAP pictures and videos it seems the problem is at Prefix. Does anyone know if they are having problems getting parts?

Yeah...but I'd be lying if I didn't admit to liking my sapphire blue a bit better. This one will be meaner, especially with painted wheels. The older I get, the slower I drive and the meaner the car has to look.

That photo is an ACR so my wing will be less noticeable and my top will be softer.

Add the painted, I think custom wheels, maybe Austin will drop by, and Scott's car will look like this with the Aero package. Pretty awesome to me and would have been my choice if I went Convertible this time around. Not sure if he got stripes, but from the pic he posted maybe he got graphite stripes. If it comes in when you're gone Scott the Wizard and I will be sure to get pics. up so you can see them from Greece.
