Difference between Gen I/II headlights?

I have a set of headlights that I would like to identify. I bought them for a project and find that I no longer need them - but I can't identify what model year they're for! What's the difference between the Gen I and II headlights? I want to be sure I properly identify them before I sell them. Thanks!
