DLM doesn´t answer

Can anybody help me? I try to order since more than 6 weeks a stronger belt tensioner and the intercooler upgrade by Doug Levin. i tried to reach him more then 5 times via email and send him a fax, but no reply? Don´t he like to sell these parts? My english is not very good, that is the reason why i write him.

Doug is in the process of moving his shop to a new location. He has limited phone service but has limited access. I just talked to him yesterday. Very busy. Doug is very responsive and helpful. He is just caugh up in this minor situation right now. Shoot him an email:

Who in their right mind relies on fax for communication? were you expecting an international fax back? no offense, but try the telephone during normal business hours.

And the entire world isn't on e-mail, although your part of the world might be.

if it is important enough to complain about on a forum, try the telephone!

Doug Levin is a good guy, tried to help me on a Sunday when my Viper would not crank, he was even late to a ball trying to help me. He even called me Monday morning to see how I made out.
He will get to you and help you. Have someone that speaks better english call him directly for you. That should work.
