Tires must be free in japan. Our tires cost a little more. =)

Drifting a Viper isn't that hard, but some of the stuff they do in that video is VERY hard if not impossible to do in the Viper. I always have a hard time doing good donuts because the rear tires are so big they push the front end around no matter what you do.

Wow. Some of those moves are insane. I was adding an extra layer of rubber to the black top in a parking lot this afternoon. Had no idea my dessert was to be humble pie. Thanks for the vid.

Looks like a road race on Pilot Sports :D
C~

Looks like the last VCA-PVO autocross at Chelsea.

Looks like my drive to work on XGTZs when it's 20F outside.

Looks like Dunlop SP Sport 8000s ...

Looks like a marketing tactic for tire/tar remover products.

Maybe it's the excuse/method needed to buy those new tires...

It's definitely having fun with your toys.

The vid was mildly entertaining but, car control? Gimme a break. Any bonehead can whip the *** around on one of those little fartboxes. What is really impressive is that lawyers and insurance companies haven't yet spoiled everybody's fun over there.

No sh*t. Tonight at the SRT-4 nationals the young PVO engineers were talking about a Japanese dude who will be drifting in a competition coupe.

Looks pretty hard to me and get ready, it's going to be a motorsports sensation here - maybe not NASCAR, but it will be popular - even SCCA is sanctioning the events.

I thought it was pretty entertaining and impressive.

How the he!! do they do that without bringing the rear around?!?! I guess there is a thin line and they know how to ride it.

It's becoming the sanctioned way to get the street racers off the streets.

Sure a lot of them are punks - but some of them are very good at it. I even seen AWD cars like EVO's do it - and that'd take even a race driver a few hours and a packed lunch to learn that. :p

I would never do that in a viper, but you have to admit that takes skill! It was also very entertaining. I love those vids. Thanks Eldiablo Viper.
