Drove my friends Z06 Lingenfelder today

I runs nice, I am not caught up in the Vette/Viper feud.....we own both
and I like both for very different reasons.......apples/oranges thing.
So that being said.....

This ZO6 Lingenfelder stage 1 pulls hard.......so my question is:

Will it pull my stock 97 GTS??

I drove it and it feels so different than my GTS behind the wheel
I could not tell.
My friend says its 550HP and 500FTlbs torque.....and like 11.1 in the quarter???

Yes, it should be faster than your GTS. Butit doesn't look faster!

He just got it.......he says Lingenfelder claims 11.1
in the quarter with the stage 1 Z06.

I like my Viper better lookswise and the 1 Viper for 1000 Vette's you see.

It was fun to drive though....

I also have a Z06 and an 01 ACR Like them both for different reasons as stated above. Viper is all over it with the looks though!!!

Z06's are very cool cars and the only Vette I can appreciate exception is any vette from 53 to 83 :lol: Now Those were cool cars!

it's about 460 rwhp and lighter than the gts, it will be quick in the 1/4 mile. Try going beyond the 1/4 and the gts will come alive! have fun.
