Exhaust?: Cats/Header Downpipe replacement

98+ Specific:
Does anyone make or has had made a set of pipes that replace the catalytic converter and exhaust manifold collector pipe assembly? I would like to replace this piece rather than cut the cats out.

Also, does anyone make an exhaust system that bolts directly to the header?

Any muffler shop that deals with trucks can make you the pipe. You could also buy some tubing and a pipe expander and do the same. The after market people typically don't want to get into the semi-illegal practice of helping you remove the cat.
