Factory Tinted Glass on 98 RT/10, Optional?

It doesn't appear that my 98 RT/10 has tinted glass. The top part of the windshield (small as it is), is not darker then the rest of it and the side windows look untinted as well.

Is this true for all 98 Vipers or was this an option?
