gear swap question

what kind of difference if any could i expect to see on quarter mile times if i go to a 3.54 gear as opposed to the stock 3.07 assuming that is the only change i made. usually if i race someone on the street i am already going about 40mph and i might get up to 100-110. will i see a big difference?
