Gen 1 Door rattle Help

Here is my problem...I have a rattle coming from the passenger door when driving over bumps that is pretty bad. It goes away if the passenger holds the doors, which makes me think that the latch could be adjusted for a snug fit. Unfortuantely, I do not if/how it can be adjusted. Can anyone help?

I've searched the forums, but haven't found any posts specific to Gen 1 door rattle, only Gen 2 window.

try putting some electical tape around the door striker. It worked for me.
