I was changing the battery on my 94 and noticed the drivers rear sway bar end link had the lower nut come off and the boot and threads had been smashed up pretty good. (stud backed out and was getting pounded) Decided to replace the whole assembly and found a wide range of quotes for this part number 4642655. anywhere from $210 to $110.00 from dealers. All said they were having trouble locating. Roanoke here in Illinois quoted $110.00 plus shipping and said there was one on the national dealer parts depot??? Got it on order and hope to get installed this week
If this is going to be a nonexistent part I was wondering why a Teflon lined steel heim joint couldn't be used.
