Folks a while back I was surfing and saw a great post that someone put together providing the details as to insulating the rear, I'v searched and searched and can't find it again does somebody know how I can find it? I'm concerned about breaking the trim or getting thing back like they should be.

Best to just hop in and do it. If you pull down on the edge just above the speaker vents, it will slide right out. Once you start, you should easily figure it out. I insulated mine a while back with second skin damplifier. The difference was minimal.

Thanks, I know it's not rocket science..... but I removed the screws from the trim and thenI saw something surfing that kinda makes me think taking the trim off could be a mistake? I remembered the thead that detailed what the person did and thought better be safe then sorry

I had no problems with the trim, fell right back into place. The carpet in back is 2 separate pieces. The part with the speaker grills isn't screwed in anywhere, at least mine wasn't.

Not to beat this to death, but did you remove the trim in 1 piece or remove the pis between the pieces?

If I recall, I just pulled the one piece of trim off on each side. There was another piece of trim that I just untucked/tucked the carpet under. Unfortunately, I'm currently nowhere near my car (and won't be for a while) so I can't be of much more help.
