Has anyone had anything done at Route 6 Motorsports?

Hey everyone,

I'm thinking of possibly having Belanger headers put on my car and having my car lowered. I'm thinking of taking my car to Route 6 Motorsports and having those things done.

Questions -

1) Has anyone had anything done there?

2) If so, what are your impressions of the quality and services of their work?

3) Can those things (Belanger headers and lowering car) be done in a day?

4) Do they carry Belanger headers or would i have to order the parts myself?

These will be the first mods that i've done to my car since getting it in 06.

Thank you.

THE YEAR MATTERS.... did I miss it?

PartsRack has Belangers in stock, and we have drop-shipped a fair amount of Viper parts, NO TAX, to Route 6 for install. The shop is by-appointment only. Not a walk-in shop.

Depending on HOW you are lowering the car "maybe" both could be done in a day....
I think it would be pushing it to do headers/exhast/spring caps/align in 1 day.

2 days? NO PROBLEM ! Plan on 2 days....dont rush them.

You may want to check with BJ Motors before doing this. Route 6 is owned by BJ Motors...not sure if they're doing anything right now. Call and check first.

Hi JonB,

My car is a 2002. It has 39,000 miles on it. When i got the car, it already has hi-flow cat, B&B cat-back system, underdrive pulleys and a "header system B&B Race Kit" <---as written on the receipt by West Coast Viper.

I'm thinking of calling Route 6 tomorrow and see what the cost are. And i agree, i wouldn't want to rush them so i'll probably (if i decide to go ahead with the plan) will drop the car off.

If i decide to go with headers as well, i probably will contact you.

Thank you.

I spoke with Bernie about two weeks ago, Route 6 Motorsports is no longer open. What part of Maryland are you in?

I'm sorry to hear that Route 6 is no longer open. Sounds like it could've been a place for those that's too far from Woodhouse or Tator to take their Vipers to.

I'm in Rockville, Md.

I thought Route 6 was closed, but wasn't sure. I purchased my Mamba from Bernie in May 08 and it was still going.

A few nice days in New York at Tator's could be fun.
