Heat and sound insulation discontinued?

Hay all,
I recently ordered a lot of parts off partsrack. one of which was the complete interior sound and heat proofing kit, Looked real good but they replied that it is discontinued!!!!!
does anyone know where I can buy this kit elswhere? Is it worth doing? has anyone installed it on their car before?
