HID headlamps?

I am buying a 2001 RT-10, I am assuming it has standard headlamps, did they switch over to HID at some point as a standard or do they remain standard headlamps today?

Looks great! Is that an easy install? I am not the most mechanically inclined, but would like to swap them out...plus, what kind of cost for the kit?

I can get the HIDs but I don't want to deal with the hassles of them anymore. I have HIDs on both my head lights and fogs
