I wasnt too sure about the cognac interior before I bought my Gen2 graphite RT, but it grew on me. Of course, black naturally would look better with graphite, but it does not look bad with the cognac interior. They are rarer as well.

It was also pointed out that with a slight modification of changing the carpet to black would dull the effect of too much cognac and add to the whole look by grounding the dash(which is black).
I dont know. if you like black interiors, make sure that the Viper you want has black interior.
