I am SO EXCITED! I just got the call - I am going to be one of the participating cars in the Viper parade lap at the Tropican 400 this year! The details sound AWESOME!! Who else is going!! Yipee!!

I faxed in my entry about a week ago, and there was a lottery. I do not know how many entries there were, but I was told I was the 23rd pick. So it appears that there were also 22 other lucky winers today. I am really hyped, because I was told we can either watch the race from the stands, or we can watch the race on TV, while we are sitting in the BUSCH garages!
I have always wanted to go and see a NASCAR race, and to be able to see the race in this way, is simply beyond my wildest dreams.
This amazing car has brought me so many unimaginable joys. I am so very fortunate. I cant wait to meet all the other 23 (+) Viper owners.

Looks pretty fun Big. I have always seen my fellow Ill. club members driving the parade lap from the stands. We have sat at the start finish line. I remember last year as Scotty crossed the finish line he purged his nitrous. Yeah Scott, I heard that!! I can't even be in the drawing this year as my wife and I are going to our cabin in northern Wis. Have fun.

Congrats Big Italian:To ensure a good time I recommend :
* Reading a magazine, while hopefully making a full lap around at a blistering 10-15mph.
* Pray for a crash,so you don't fall asleep watching the race.
El Presidente Bill and VCA officers do a GREAT job making the event fun,but NASCAR ***** and don't you forget it!
