Yes a little bumpy in some areas from frost heaves forming over the winters, watch out for slow moving RV's and tourists, though all in all a beautiful drive!! Stop and enjoy the view and possibly the tour at Columbia Icefields visitor center!!
the roads are great just make sure that you don't follow very close to other vehicles.Thats why my front end is all rock chiped.Just from the trip out that way.
