If my Actron CP9125 OBDII reader doesn't work on my 2004...

... any thoughts on what might be the cause? Plugged it into my 2004 truck, the reader powers up and scans fine. Plug it into the Viper, no joy. Nothing on the reader display, nada. Car running or not, doesn't matter. Perhaps a tech didn't reconnect something last time I had it in?

As info...I also have a 9125 and it works fine on my 2001.

Yeah, I bought it because someone else liked theirs but now I'm scratching my head.

Check the fuse for cigarette lighter as that is where the power for the scanner comes from when plugged into the OBDII port.
