IL SHOP TO INSTALL PARTS...

Do any of the IL members know where I can get my Cat-back and air induction installed?

I purchased a TNT Motorsports bolt on cat-back exhaust and race air induction.

The dodge dealership that I purchased the car from told me they only install Mopar parts.

SVSi said they were backed up. Every time I have called in the past two weeks Ron Sr. says he is not sure when he can get me in.

Does anyone know a reputable place around Elk Grove, IL?

-I dont want to install it myself: I dont have the time or the patience.

I asked this question once before but didnt save the information. I took delivery of the car on July 12, 2001 and I look forward to hearing my new system that is sitting boxed up in my basement.

Yellowsnake, I know how you feel, I'm waiting for SVS to install my exhaust and shifter. Ron Sr. is getting ready for their big trip to bonneville. He will be back in two weeks, he said that he would be able to do it than.

I was thinking of taking it somwhere else, but if you really think about it, i don't know any shop around here that know there way around a viper as much as SVS. Think about how many times they have had a vipers exhaust on and off, or any other parts. If your worried about someone doing something wrong, don't take any chances. The best thing we can do is just wait.

I think SVSI does great work, they have done several upgrades on my car with excellent results. I personally would wait for them to do the work, even though this might not be the fastest way to go.

Call Bill or Rick Sapongaro @ 708-798-0806 or 708-481-9560. They are Viper Owners and VCA Members. They have always taken great care of VCA Members at one of their two shops. I would also recommend SVSi. Those would be the only "non-dealers" I would consider.
