I finished installing both seats and have some better photo's and a little better input on this conversion. I will post the rest of the photo's in another post since we are limited to five. Some of these details are a little different from my last post, I learned a little putting in the first seat. Here are some of the details:

1. Adapter Brackets: used 1/4" X 1-1/2" steel.

2. The Gen IV seats have large bolsters to hold the body in, I am 6' (190-200 lbs) and they work for me. You will lose a little forward seat travel, that did not affect me since I am only three notches forward when I drive. The seats are a huge improvement in looks and comfort. If you have a broad chest and/or body they may not work.

3. The whole key is too offset the new seats approx 1/2" to the outside. Use 7/16" holes in the new brackets. Always place the rear inside bracket on to the rear stud first when installing the seats.

4. The front brackets only have one bolt holding the bracket on to the seat rack. I used 3/16" rivets to make the bracket/rack mounting more secure.

4. I have a template for the brackets, I will scan it and post it tomorrow.
