Installing HID Fog's ?

Pulled off the round rubber seal in front of the front tire on the fascia. I know the fog light assembly is one piece however the HID H3 bulbs do not appear to be a direct fit...

Can anyone explain or picture how the HID light which looks the same as the headlight HID goes into the back of the fog light assembly?
