Instrument lights suddenly out

I have a 94 RT/10. Went out for a drive last night and noticed that all of the instrument lights were out. None of the 4 gauges nor the tach or speedometer have light. The turn signal indicators, the headlights, the mirror lights, and the idiot lights on the "message center" all work. I checked and replaced the 4A fuse for the instrument lights with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Tail lights aren’t working either. There is a post from 2016 that addressed this same cluster of symptoms, but I replaced the light switch and it still hasn’t fixed the problem.

Most likely its the Headlight switch

Thanks for the reply. I changed the headlight switch and still had no dash/running tail lights. Spent a lot of time looking for something called a body control module and looking through the service manual. Went back and replaced all of the rest of the fuses and all the lights are back on.
