Issue with my NEW HID's.... Help needed....

Just installed my DDM slim ballast HIDs in my headlights and fogs.... But my headlights won't come on. Checked everything and they only work on my fogs. Checked the companies site and it states I may need an "Error code Eliminator". Those running HID's, was this needed to get them to work for the headlights? Thanks....

Yep, like dave said. Take the plug that comes from your car and plugs into the ballast and put it in backwards. It normally won't lock in this way so zip tie it. This will fix your issue.

Guys beat me to it. Was dealing with this two nights ago installing the kit in mine, and I don't know how I noticed that they weren't matching up but these guys are right on.

With the zip tie, just put it on parallel to the plug in between the sets of wires and it will hold just fine. Basically match the red to the red on the wires...
