I needed a decent scanner to help with diagnostics of most vehicles on the market!For some that don't recognize it,it's a Snap-on Solus with 6.4 and Euro software and corresponding adapters and keys!

Damn, that's probably the most expensive OBD-II reader I've ever seen!!!

Can it do the really cool stuff like trigger your turn signals and horn and stuff? I had some software for my Z that could diagnose all kinds of weird relay problems and such.

That looks like a great tool.

Along with the stuff kcobean mentioned, all I am missing is a joystick and a start button for the drive-by-wire capability Then you have all the ingredients for the successor to the pc game Viper Racing

I had the Modus on my Xmas list, these things are great,
especially if you have a lot of friends needing codes
cleared for emissions.

We have a Modis at work and that thing weighs a ton.I have a nice volt meter, so I didn't need one built into the scanner(ie Modis)!The Solus stays at home to diagnose "cuties" cars!
