Kumho V710 in 18 inch sizes

I noticed that Kumho has some of their V710 competition tires in 18 inch Viper sizes (345/35/18, and 305/30/18) listed on their web site.

I have several friends who run those tires on road courses and swear by them. Now,that's in a Z06, don't know if the Viper would be different, be interested to hear what someone else says.

I am still in the street Kumho Mx, 18's around, and for a street tire they are pretty sticky at the track. other than them talking a lot, most people that ride with me are surprised to hear I am on a street tire. I am on my 4th set in 4 yrs (8-12 DE's/yr +15K hwy miles/yr on a set) about $700/set

I might try the Nitto's this year just to see the difference.

I'm running 275/295, they're a Z rated tire

that's the only draw back from the Mx's-the 295 is the largest

I'm gonna have to figure something else out for the Viper
