Left front rotor seems a little loose

I'm not really much of a mechanic but I got new PS2's.

It seemed like one of the front tires was not balanced right. I took it back and they said it was fine. I put it back on and it still feels out of balance. I removed the front wheels and was going to take them to another place for another try before taking the car off to the mechanic.

After I removed the left front it seems like the rotor is a little loose. Here's a brief 30 second video.

The other side didn't seem as loose or make the squeaks. Is this a problem?

Any input would be appreciated.

It is fine the others are probably more corroded so they seem tight.
