Life Expectency of a Clay Bar??????

4-6 uses max... especially on a black car. It also depends on how much debris you are picking up off the car. If you notice larger particles in the clay bar, toss it. If you drop it on the ground, toss it as well.

One per cleaning. You really should not be doing the bar that much anyway. Once you clay bar once really well, the build-up should be minimal if the car is kept out of the elements. At least in my area of the country.

Cut the clay bar into 6-10 bits. (Store in Zip lock.) I use each bit for about 3-4 panels. After that they get used for glass cleaning. Not worth the $15 to keep reusing them.

Yep, use them a few times and throw them out.

You'll be realy pi__ed if you scratch your paint by not changing them.
