Thanks for the threads it really helped me pick. Ended up with complete hydraulic 8000 xlt (wider posts) definitely go wider you will not be sorry. As for the quality vs. price I am very satisfied for what I paid. Word to the wise the instructions say you dont have to bolt to the floor!!! Do not believe them the kit comes with all the floor bolts use them!!! It gets very sketchy once it gets about half way up without bolts.. Also I bought the roller jack to go with it and is not a good set up does not "plug & play". Not made for this lift and had to be completely disassembled and fabbed my own brackets to make it work. A small price to pay for the ability to get it off its tires and tinker though! Be warned it is drop off the back of the truck delivery. You see what I had to use. Thanks all.

Nice, did you install the lift yourself. I just recieved a Revolution lift, still on trailer going to install this weekend I'll post pictures when finished.

I have my lift on the floor floating, very stable. How hard was it to drill into the concrete and instll the bolts? The lift is a very well built piece.

Drilling into the concrete floor is no problem w/a hammer drill. Don't even bother grabbing the 18V Makita, you'll be there for a couple days. I made sure that the depth of the holes was greater than the anchors required. If I sell the house, I can simply tap the anchors below floor level and fill the holes...

For most people lift will probably do fine without bolting if just storing car. at full lift with vehicle on it the lift swayed about 2 inches side to side if you rocked it with your hand. It has pretty stout arms that probably would not let it move much further but with me using the lift to tinker on my sport utility 7,700 lbs + I figure if they are going to supply the bolts I might as well use them. As far as drilling into concrete I borrowed the drill from a friend it was an electric hammer drill. It was like one you rent at tool rental. It cut through the floor like butter. I think most of my neighbors like the lift more than I do. There wives cant stand me though for putting ideas into there husbands heads about getting a lift instead of that new couch they wanted. LOL...
