Looking for Some New Shoes for My '96

I've decided to replace my original wheels/tires with aftermarket wheels. If I can't find affordable aftermarket wheels, I'll probably get a set of '97 or '98 wheels. I'm looking to spend 2k or less. Any suggestions?
