my favorite colored Superbirds - green and black - green is a factory color, black is not but should have been IMO.

you may have heard of this car. it is one of two hemi MUAVE chargers to exist. the car is untouched, but has an interesting history. the only flaw in the car is a small 1/2" dimple in the hood. some dork laid a wrench on the air cleaner and forgot it was there until they closed the hood. OUCH!!

Nice pics John. Got to be kind of weird though. Roanoke is out in the middle of nowhere and to have that much muscle to feast your eyes on! And to see a 66 Hemi Charger, unrestored!! WOW!! As my dad used to say, "You can restore a car 100 hundred times but it is original only once." He collected Shelby's and after he died I got 2 of them. A KR and a GT350, both unrestored.
I didn't even know that they made a final edition ACR, very nice.

there were alot of really neat cars there. wish i could have gotten pics of all of them. and it is kind of weird duane. we are actually very lucky to be out here in the middle of nowhere, and be so close to RoMoCo and their techs, and alot of great muscle cars in these parts. i can only imagine what can be seen in the chicago area for instance. i would say 100 cars were there and alot of very sharp trophies for the participants. i found cars from IL, IA, and WI!! last year was a bit bigger, but it was 100 degrees today and i am sure some people simply stayed home.

and i was very suprised to see the ACR FE! i am very fortunate to be a part of the VCA registry, and i knew what i stumbled upon when i saw it. i have lots of FE pics, but FE ACR pics are RARE and hard to find. i wish the setting was better, but i will take what i can get when these photo opportunities arise.

Wish we had known about it. Dropped son's 96 GTS off Friday for service . Would have came Saturday had we known.
Son's car was there somewhere . Plate is Serabus, probably setting in service area. Looked at the Hemi Roadrunner on
the floor, only has 7000 miles.

Is that new coupe with the snake skin stripes the one the VCA raffled off?

no. the car you are thinking of i believe is this orange convertible. this was the 2005 VCA raffle car.

both cars were done by Prefix BTW. stripes are identical on both cars.
