So, my car finally came back from the audio shop, Audiolines. Though the wait was long it was SO worth it. So let's get to it. I had the shop make a replica mould of the panel that rests behind the seats, and curves into the middle, where the stock sub sits. They then made a new panel from that mould, out of carbon fiber, and modified it to fit a sub box for two eight inch subs. The box was made out of fiberglass, and painted a gloss black as a finish. Just for the hell of it, I asked them to replace the top door panel in carbon fiber, as well as the foot panel that is next to the seat and below the door. So, the carbon fiber wraps all around the car and I think it adds a lot to the interior. Every speaker was replaced with Focal K2P series. The Subs are from the Utopia series, however, because two eight in subs were the largest combination of two they could fit in the center, while it still is comfortable for me to shift and move around etc. I could have gone with one ten, but I liked the look of the two eights better. Lastly, I asked that a replica of the Viper logo be made in plexiglass, and lit up with a neon glow. So, in the last pic, that logo lights up red whenever the system is on.

As far as the system goes, I am amazed with the sound quality, power, and loudness of the system. I wouldn't go with anything but Focal speakers from now on. My shop said they had a very difficult time doing custom carbon piece that big, as they had to redo it three times because the layout of the carbon sometimes had folds in it, or other defects. There are still a few pieces missing... as you can see, the metal part of my roll bars are visible, and there are pieces being made to cover this... Also I'm getting some other pieces fabricated, but I wanted my car back, because I was going through withdrawl.

I will post all the parts, model numbers, and any other information or questions you guys have about the system. This was a quick write up so I hope its alright, and enjoy the pics... tell me what you think.

Casey - thanks, no I dont have CF on the dash as of now. I was thinking of maybe buying the console off Archer, but I'm not sure if that would overdo the CF in the interior, or if the patterns would be similar. Either way, I think ill end up doing it.

Austin - I will once it gets detailed tomorrow haha  . Those wheels are actually just the stock ones painted black, then clear coated. They are actually for sale, but I have not put it up in the classifieds yet. I have a new set of iForged wheels coming.

Thanks guys

I just realized your from VANCOUVER! Thats pretty sweet...maybe when I finally end up getting my Viper we can go for a cruize. Where did you buy your iforged rims from? i was getting a good deal on some from 604 for my corvette but ended up going with foose speedsters instead. what dealership did you buy your car from? did audiolines on Brighton Avenue do this setup for you? how much did it set you back if you don't mind me asking. thanks

WOW ALLBLACK!! JOB WELL DONE!!! Now, please tell me how much is it to fabricate the middle part section with the viper logo?? I'm really impressed now!! Thinking of doing it...although I spent too much on my ex GTS on the custom stereo, and I'm only thinking of changing the speakers and doing the middle part that you have with the viper logo lights up..that's really cool. Please tell me more info..hoping to hear from u soon!! Takecare my Vancouver friend!

If you could post the approximate cost of the rear panel and box on here then I'm sure you could sell several of them. I would buy one today.

will they reproduce some of these parts for us?

i find it cool that some audio company did all this work with "real carbon" and yet our viper vendors make excuses that "it cannot be done" or my favorit "its not cost effective".

the viper vendors need to get on the ball and start making these replacement parts...some audio company in vancouver, that is not even a viper specialist is showing them up :)
