Need help, changing transmission mount to polyurethane

Hey there,

I will change my engine & transmission mounts to polyurethane. I bought this one:

Now I have one question. I read in the discription that the upper plate must be installed. But do I need washers between this two plates? Can somebody help me please?

...but I doubt you want washers between the plates.

That is a preload plate to energize the elastomeric dampener.

Non technical answer - no washers.
