No air from dash

I have a 1994 RT10 with factory air. The air blows cold out of the defrost ducts only. Will not switch to the dash or floor. I pulled the wipers and the shroud off , so I could see the firewall and think I found the vacuum line coming off the top of the engine on the back of the passenger side. Looks like some sorry ass mouse has chewed it into ( also chewed on a couple plug wires) It is about a foot long at this point, but I can not see where it goes through the fire wall. If in fact this is the right tube, where does it go. Please advise as I have a limited IQ when it comes to this shit…..

It goes into the firewall slightly off center to the passenger side.

Thanks, I’ve looked all over the firewall (even using a mirror so I could look underneath as someone said it goes in behind the radio) haven’t found it yet, but I’ll look again…

Also, please recommend the best set of plugs and plug wires to put in this 1994( Viper Venom 550)
