NYS inspection recommendation for putnam/westchester county

Can anyone recommend a garage for NYS inspections in the Putnam/Westchester county area? I don't want to bring my Viper to some random hole in the wall. I thought about going to Tator's Garage, but when I called, they said they don't do state inspections...

Not sure what options are available in NY, but in NJ I went and got the car registered as a collectible. No inspections needed anymore. Just a mileage verification every 5 years (has to be less than 15k miles every 5yr period to be a collectible).

A Bill has been presented in the NYS Senate to exempt motor vehicles that are at least 50 years old from the required annual inspections. Don’t hold your breath.
