Oil type recommended in Canada?

Hi all..

This thread is primarily addressed for the Canadian Viper owners.
I have a 1998 GTS and have to do my first oil change. What oil do you guys recommend I use in the car up here?
I bought it in the US and the previous owner doesn't know if some special oil is used up here where it is colder.

I use 5w50 PENZOIL gets to the top quick and works great for when the engine heats up

Ok.. thanks! You haven't had any problems with it in the cold days?
