passenger side down stream oxygen sensor clearance problems.

I am in the process of removing an aftermarket exhaust and putting back on the stock cat pipes with a borla catback. The drivers side went on no issues. The passenger side, there is no way to get the cat pipe connected at the manifold and have the front exhaust mount bolted on with out having the oxygen sensor rub on the under body. There is zero clearance. I had this issue in the past but ended up going to a cat less set up. Prior to that, the sensor wires rubbed through and shorted on the under body and put my car in safe mode and it was a huge head ache to figure out. I am curious as to how people are getting everything aligned up, im about to order another **** and just relocate it at this point...im all out of ideas at this point. Anyone else have this issue? seem like a terrible stock design.
