I think about changing my pistons and go up with the boost a little bit by changing the stock paxton pulley. Must I reprogramm my pcm or paxton module when I go up with the boost?

You will need to retune your engine. How much depends upon the changes that you make.

Think long and hard before doing this. Gen III's and standard Paxton are a great match. Evidence is that going beyond the stock Paxton setup is frought with issues.

Be very careful when boosting your boost.

Many tuners have put together well thought out packages. Do not scrimp on internals if kicking things up a bit. Fuel pressure, ignition advance control, knock sensor, transmission strengthening, rear gears and shafts should be considered also.
