I ran these in a 96. Needed to get some 11" wide rims (Purner) to avoid crowning of the tire on too narrow a rim.
Needed to be careful, as got some rubbing at full lock, and make sure to have the wheels straight ahead when closing the clamshell hood to avoid breaking off the tips.
The larger tires made the car much faster and easier to drive quickly at the track. Turn in was much better, and the push (understeer) was gone.
I also ran with some sticky R1 tires, and the car was magic.
Just be careful with your fittment, and be ready to get some wider wheels if needed.
I also just put some fresh Pilot Super Sport tires on my 09. Tried to put the 295/30/19 on the front, but my 360 forged rims were only 9.5" wide, and the tire guy showed me that they would not be a good fit, so ended up with 275/30/19 and they work out well (still wanted to go with 295)
