Possibly selling my ACR

I may be selling my car in the very near future and I would like to know what you all think I could expect to get for it. It is completely stock except for the usual MGW goodies and the chrome ACR wheels. It is very well taken care of and in excellent condition. I am the second owner so I don't think the MaxCare warranty will transfer. The only short coming it has (in some people's opinion) is the odometer reads just under 45,000 miles.

I may be interested. I am also only 1 hour from San Diego. Keep me updated as to when you may want to sell. I couldnt buy now, i'm shooting for 1-2 months. But if it falls into that timeframe I may cruise down for a look.
