Pre-Thanksgiving Cruise and Brunch

Hello all,
Winter weather is fast approaching but there's still time to squeeze in
one last club cruise for the season. The pre-Thanksgiving cruise and
brunch will be this Saturday, 11/20. The weather forecast right now says
sunny and low/mid 60's. Can't beat that!

We'll meet at Ferrari of Washington at 10:00 and depart promptly at 10:30.
Our cruise will take us on some of Northern Virginia's great country
roads and will last about 90 minutes.

We'll end our cruise at the Blackthorne Inn, a cozy restaurant that was
once owned by George Washington. You can check out the restaurant and
their menu by visiting Welcome to the Blackthorne Inn

Just wanted to thank everyone who came out for the cruise and lunch. We had *15* Vipers on the cruise...that's great! Wish I could have stayed for lunch, but family commitments prevented it.

Great turn out, but no pics here either. Thanks for putting this together Kelly. The cruise route was great. A nice chageup over previous years.

That's one thing our cruises are always lacking.... pics and video.... I would volunteer but I have to drive....

It was nice to meet a few of you guys I've seen @ C and C but never formally introduced ourselves. This last drive definitely put me in gear to get some new tires which will come with a nice 19/20 set up and upgrading my brakes to some StopTechs.... will be visiting Peter @ ISP this week to discuss....

The cool roads definitely emphasize the need for new tires...the cold combined with the lack of oils in the rubber means they just don't soften up like they used to.

We didn't drive that fast though, did we?

Was a great run. We had a blast. Great choice of roads. Especially that long strip of highway and those very twisty back roads.
