question on items that came with 1998 GT2

I was going through some boxes when I found these two items, a folder and a framed picture and specifications, front and back.

Were they included with the original purchase of the GT2? Thanks in advance.

Folder - Yes and should have a whole bunch of goodies inside
Framed picture - No
