R/T Ceramic or Metal High Flow Cats???

What differences are there between these 2 cats,....R/T metal vs. R/T ceramic...I know the metal cats flow more, and cost more.

Are there any "big" sound changes between the 2? Performance?

Pros vs. Cons?
