radiator fan blade loose.

hello,
last night i am driving home and back into my garage and hear this terrible noise from under the hood. I lift the hood and here my fan blade is moving back and forth and hitting the housing. has anyone ever had this happen? i am assuming it is just a simple nut that holds it on?

Hey Todd,
Either the bearings in the motor are worn or the center on the "plastic fan" is egged shaped making the noise? There isn't anything stuck in the fan is there i.e. stick, stone, road kill?
