reverse camera cabling - gen 3 convertible 2006

Found this up in the boot wiring roughly behind the rear number plate.

Could someone please advise if we can use this for a reverse camera feed back to the stereo? ie what would this be for otherwise?

Otherwise what route have others used for new wiring?
