Socrates i change mine depending on the weather, normal for summer or hot weather mine is set at 0-LOW and HIGH 16. Colder weather is +4 Low and High -18. All cars are different so play with the settings until you feel a performance gain or lost and adjust accordingly. It works great for me, good luck with yours.

On Butch the Snakes 10sec yellow 01 GTS we've found -16 High normally and when racing,kick it up to -20max slightly on the lean and mean side.Low side doesn't do much,we all keep ours at +6 to +8.Dyno #'s in the low 440rw.Good luck!

+4 Low / -16 High, watch the A/F meter and just make sure it's not lean at full throttle in the upper RPM range.

Just got mine installed Sunday. Full throttle is a no brainer but I havn't got the low setting figured out. Seat of the pants at part throttle is hard to figure out.
