Rubber Seal Repair

Specifically, this smaller bit of rubber here? My car appears to have had some attempt at a glue/adhesive in the past, but it’s failing on this side. Anyone have tips on repair/replace for this section?

Its part of the door seal and is originally glued down. I would just use trim adhesive and glue it back to the upper plastic trim
