Are any Houston members heading to Sealy this Saturday? If so is there any plans to meet somewhere and travel as a group?

My wife and I are meeting up with Shooter if he is in town. We planned to meet the Austin group in Columbus and caravan in with them to Sealy.

I should be home by Thurs.

So let me get this right...we gonna drive PAST Sealy to Columbus, then turn around and drive to Sealy...is this like that shortcut you took us on a couple of months back Eric?:D

Your house to Sealy is 15 minutes, can your little bumblebee make it a bit farther??? :D

And thanks to me, you can now say you offroaded your Viper.... hahahaha!

p.s. - we can take the boring I-10, or we can find some fun back roads to Columbus. And since I offroaded us last time, you get to lead this time.... :)

We are meeting them at high noon Troy, they will be eating lunch at the Sonic, 2526 Highway 71 S Columbus, TX 78934.

We can all caravan out there if y'all would like, we can straight shot on I-10 or try to find some back roads from Katy to Columbus the longer way.

We would meet at 10 am if we take the long route, 11 am if we take the direct route. I still don't know if Rob's bumblebee can even make it to Columbus or not.... :D

HAHA still not 100% I am going to make this but I am really wanting to. I will probably just meet you guys in Sealy though since I am having to cut across Highway 6 then up through Bellville. I'll get with you guys tomorrow.

K and I have talked it over and plan on coming as well. Just let us know when to meet. We'll trail behind if you plan on being spirited since we will have the kids with us.

So let's put the route up for a vote, I'm good with either one:

    A) long country road route - 2 hours
    B) Straight shot down I-10 - 1 hour

Start point will be Katy Mills Mall for either, 10 am or 11 am.

    Thanks!

Looks like awsome weather for Sat. I'm up for the two hour trip if everyone else is, but either way will be fine. Troy

I'm sure there are, but I haven't driven all the roads before. They are all FM roads but one.

Both routes are fine with us as long as we can stop when needed for Mike's kids.

How about meet at Bass pro at the mall?
