Service Contract: Is this a good price?

I keep getting letters from DaimlerChrysler about purchasing an extended service contract. As of now, the engine and powertrain have a 7 year/70,000 mile limited warranty and the other components in my snake are covered for 3 years/36,000 miles.

I would like to have the entire car covered for 7 years/70,000 miles. To do so, it would cost me $2480.

Is this a good price? Furthermore, is the extended warranty worth it? I have one for my Suburban and the few times I brought it in for service they would tell me that whatever needed repair is not covered. Is this the same with DaimlerChrysler service contracts? Thanks in advance!

Same here, call Chuck Tator. He is a Dodge dealer that gives big discounts to VCA members. I have bought a couple of extended service contracts for my Dodge vehicles at a discounted price. Dont' hesitate to call him, as he is very pleasant to deal with.

Call MIke Robbins 706-935-2328. you will be surprised at how low you can get it, but for comparison sakes call Chuck first and see what happens.
