#6 There should be a build date some where on the car. Either in the door jamb, under hood or inside truck lid. Hope this helps.

#1 - worry not. Everything in the back of the car is made out of some form of plastic.

#3 - most likely worn blocker rings

#6 - Look on the sticker near the door latch on the driver's door. You will find a line that says "MDH *******" That would be Month, Day, Hour of assembly start.
