Spokane Raceway Park For Sale

I just got a flyer in the mail offering Spokane Raceway Park for sale. It's being carved up into 13 parcels, each for sale individually. The drag strip, oval course, and 2.5 mi road track are all in parcel #1, at 198+ acres. The remainder is being carved up into parcels from 11 to 85 acres in size. The auction is April 10th, in Spokane.

Anyone out there with a few extra bucks that wants to own their very own racetrack? When you buy it, be sure to invite me over for the opening day BBQ!
